After retiring from the U.S. Navy in 2016, John decided to return to Bay County, where his professional career initially began at the Naval Dive Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), located at Naval Station Panama City, Florida. His return to the Panhandle demonstrates his strong connection to the region and his desire to contribute to its growth and well-being.

John Doyle's academic achievements are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University (FSU).
